It's a family-friendly area with a laid-back vibe, offering easy access to the ocean, local shops, and seafood restaurants. Within 1 block of the main street in Cherry Grove - Sea Mountain Hwy: Groceries: Boulineau's Sweets - The Dairy Hut Gifts / Surf Shop: The Barnacle Fishing: Surf fishing (permit required sold at Boulineau's Ace Hardware a block away) or Cherry Grove Pier 10 blocks north, also fishing is allowed at the Cherry Grove Park and Boat Ramp on 53rd Ave N and provides boat access to the marsh and the Atlantic Ocean via Hog Inlet. Within the park is reserved parking for the Heritage Shores Nature Preserve.
